Controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna may not return to Kenya as anticipated today after all.
Instead, his lawyers are expected to return to the High Court on Wednesday over deportation row in which he sued the government.
This is according to Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) vice chairperson George Morara.
KNCHR has been working with the activist-cum-politician to secure his return from Canada as had been ordered by the courts.
The High Court is expected to give further directions on Friday, directions that could inform Dr Miguna’s return.
